The interview process was chaotic. The interviewer no-showed for the first call. Only 1 of the two interviewers showed up for the second call. They had assumed I had been talking to someone else and were surprised to learn they were my first contact with the company. They asked questions about technologies that weren't on the spec that I applied for. Similarly on the third and last call I had, a lot of technologies were discussed, most of which not on the spec I had applied for. Nobody through the entirety of the process were able to answer any of the questions I had around work hours, hybrid working, benefits, or the office itself. When I initially applied for the position I was told it would be 2 days a week in the office, that went up to 3 days a week throughout the process, then to 5 when I asked about why there was no mention of hybrid working in the contract I was presented with. Overall the offer was poor with the bare minimum amount of annual leave they were legally required to offer. TLDR: Terrible process, bad offer.

It was 4+ rounds, where first round run on phone call then coding assessment,.then question from the assessment , then a round where two members will conduct live code sessions
