First went through a pre-recorded interview session that allowed a user to record their answer after each question with only 1 chance to re-record if you made a mistake. They gave you about 5 questions. After this, I was selected for a Zoom interview with a panel of 4 interviewers from Kantar . After this second round of interviews, I never heard back from the company.

1 HR Screening, 2 Interview Rounds with Case Study. Relatively ok process, HR was quick to revert & schedule however information translated from HR & hiring team were two poles apart. Wasn’t the most pleasant experience as expectations weren’t aligned and would not even continue interviewing if I knew earlier. Long working hours were warned, openly mentioned that one will learn fully on-job training which is a slight red flag.

Entrevista
It's a three-part process;
1) Call with Talent Acquisition Consultant to find out more information about your current position.
2) Call with the team you'll work with — just a casual talk to get to know you. If all's good, they'll task you with a case study to prepare over two working days.
3) Last call with the team you've met to present the case study and have a Q&A after.
