I applied online and was contacted around 1 week later for an online interview by the hiring manager. The overall process was straightforward. Initial part of the interview focuses on your resume and experiences and later on there are some situational questions as well, but most of these are general enough to be easy if you have some examples prepared. The interviewer was very friendly and showed genuine interest in what I was saying. She took the time to explain the role and company in detail, and was candid when answering any questions I had about the job. Overall, I enjoyed the interview very much! I understood that there would have been a second round of interview, but I did not advance to the next stage.
