Found the job on LinkedIn and applied directly to Kantar. Had a telephone interview after about 2-3 weeks and then a formal interview a few weeks later. Interviewers really friendly throughout the whole process.
2nd stage interview split into 2 parts.
Part 1:
3 tasks:
1. Logic task - working out what statement goes next in a sequence
2. Data interpretation task - looking at a table of figures and sharing any observations/criticisms
3. Excel task - % increase, v lookup, conditional
Part 2:
Verbal interview.
Role play style question (if two people gave you a piece of work needed to be completed by the end of the day and this was not possible due to time constraints, what would you do)
