THE WORST interview I’ve ever had in my entire life. Senior managers in shanghai office were basically judging you the whole time, and also tried to badmouth about the HR who introduced me. They asked irreverent and passive aggressive questions. Asked me if HR told me the pay range. Going to file a complaint to HQ as well. As soon as you walk in, you know you don’t want to work there since everyone is super unfriendly. DONT GO WORK FOR THEM.

Met with directors and senior managers in the media department. Was given excel sheet prompt to analyze and present findings to the interviewers. Was given about an hour to analyze and answer prompt questions before presenting.

Striaghtforward, with case study to go through . overall pleasant experience. Total of 3 interview and each Interview interval is very fast. The case study requires you to analyse the brand equity of the biscuit company, and giving suggestions on how to improve its branding based on the available information. Would be beneficial if you have marketing experience
