Entrevista
The interview process usually begins with an application review or resume screening, where recruiters shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. This is often followed by a phone or video screening to assess communication skills, basic qualifications, and interest in the role.
Next, candidates are invited for one or more interview rounds. These may include:
Technical interviews, where specific job-related skills are tested (e.g., coding for IT roles or case studies for business roles).
Behavioral interviews, which explore past experiences using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to evaluate cultural fit and soft skills.
Panel interviews, where multiple interviewers ask questions to gauge performance under pressure.
