The interview starts with inviting candidates to do psychometric tests in maths, mind games and English. It takes 15 minutes each. There are 15 questions for maths and mind games, so time management is crucial, while English questions are fairly easy. I did not get in through normal 2-3 weeks usual interview process, I participated in a full day interview process that lasted from 9.00 pm to 18.00. It was really well managed and organized, had a lot of fun, and it was worthwhile.

Group Business Case Interview: normally more than 5 people per group, and depends on the area that you have expressed interest in. Really recommend preparing a bit for it. ~30 min Personal interview: typical CV screening interview, it depends on what you put on the paper, two managers will ask questions regarding your personal ambitions, why you want to work for the company and other major fit questions. 20 min There are more fun events, some will be touching more ethical and professional conducts aspects of the business. The important thing is to enjoy the process, keep calm and smile.

Entrevista
The final virtual launch pad consisted of group discussion, individual reflection, and 1-1 interview. The group discussion was particularly awkward being online as there was no system to stop people interrupting eachother (like raising hands). The individual reflection was very short and mainly seemed to focus on letting you share any ideas you didn't get to say in the group discussion. Would have been more interesting to have to respond to feedback on the group discussion in this section. The 1-1 interview questions were very general and felt pretty hand wavey. Nothing technical at all and nothing challenging, except simply because it was so vague.

Great smooth process, some technical questions. Heard back very quickly. HR very responsive and accommodating. Prepared a presentation comparing two PE firms to show research and analysis skills. Met with HR first, then had an interview with two senior members over zoom.
