Online Test--- Video Interview--- Assessment Center (No group cases, just 2 persons to 1 asking some Behavioural Questions for graduate roles, may involves 1 or 2 technical questions, depending on the interviewer)

Why questions and introduce yourself; Making mistakes? Teamwork?
1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

Entrevista
En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
