I went through a phone screening process and an online Microsoft Teams Interview with two employees. The first was with a Manager and the second with with a Partner. Both interviews lasted around half an hour.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
