This is for Belgium, I cannot speak about other countries.
1. online tests and online video interview (where a question would be asked by means of a little video, and you would have a minute to prepare an answer, and then have to answer in a video)
2. Hr and Business Interview (in the Business Interview, two senior managers were present) --> for me, one of the business managers was "good cop" and another was "bad cop". Left a bad taste in my mouth afterwards, I wouldn't want to work for this firm.

in HR they really wanted to see your love for the company, and why you chose them, 'tell us about yourself'.
For business interview: a lot of experience questions (also for graduate students) about challenges, weaknesses, strengths, deadlines, conflicting tasks, something you're proud of, why KPMG, why advisory, and why this exact branch.
Be prepared to have 1 Q in english and 1Q in the other language: Dutch/French
If you prepare your knowledge about the company, show interest, and know basic interview questions you will be fine. they expect you to LOVE the firm, and have very clear reasons for applying there (not just BS ones)

1) online vragenlijst: psychologisch
2) gesprek met HR: voornamelijk over motivaties, talenkennis, achtergrond, etc.
3) business case (niet al te moeilijk) + lunch met andere kandidaten + Manager gesprek
4) Director gesprek (zeer open gesprek)
- Exercice Excel à réaliser à distance sur base d'un fichier excel envoyé et à compléter sur 2 heures
- Entretiens sur une journée complète comprenant : exercices en groupe de réflexion + entretiens individuels

Entrevista
There were two interviews: the first was a 15-minute phone interview with the HR recruiter, and the second was entirely in English with the management team on Teams. Both interviews were very professional, during which I was asked about my skills and other soft skills, nothing technical related to the job, since the technical aspects are something that can be learned.
