      Got an email regarding the first interview after one month I have submitted my application. Two rounds of interviews and each lasted for 30 mins. The first interview with Talent Acquisition Manager on Teams, who's really friendly, professional, and took a real attempt to connect with me as an HR professional. The interviewer was also willing to spend additional time (beyond 30 mins) to get to know you as a person. However, the second interview with two hiring managers on Teams was awful. First, they were late for five minutes and penalized my interview time. Second, they had no attempt to connect with me. When it's my turn to asked questions, I politely asked them if they still have additional time for me to ask a couple of questions to see their capacity to go beyond 30 mins interview. One hiring manager was rude and said "why don't you just ask the question right away?" It demonstrated that the hiring managers, also as HR practitioners, do not care about candidate experience (which is very important in modern HR practices!!! Clearly they don't care as HR practitioners!!!). They also didn't respond to my questions with solid answers. Overall, the interview questions were not difficult, but the attitudes of the hiring managers made you do not want to work under their team and that affects the quality of your answers. 30-min interviews clearly cannot help you to connect with candidates. If you are rush to interview someone, maybe it's time to review and improve the recruitment process, or give 15 mins break between each interview.

      It was great and smooth. The interviewers were courteous and polite. The whole process was quick as well. There were 3 rounds of interviews in total by multiple stakeholders. The offer was given within a week of the last interview.
