phone interview, tell will prepare for interview, then reject again at email , what happen with the HR?
If not qualified for interview , dont tell the candidates that we will arrange interview. after telling the candidates, then send the rejection email and call, whats the point there?
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
