Had an initial HR interview, then an on-site technical interview with 4 team members and the director of the team. My last interview was with HR, to review my motivation for the role, my salary expectations, and my intent on how long I wanted to stay with the company.

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
