Applied online, submit typical documents. Did online tests after waiting for about few days to 1 week. Received an interview offer for about 2-3 weeks after that. During the interview, you were asked to write a short essay. Then, a manager or senior manager or director came to interview you. The interviewer was nice, and did not ask complicated questions. After interview, the process took about another 1-2 weeks before they gave me an offer.

Was asked to do a written essay before the interview commenced. Nothing difficult about the interview. Mostly behavioral, i.e. what difficulties did you face in your involvement in campuses, and how do you tackle them, why do you want to work in that particular department. The interviewer was very nice.

2 back to back interviews with Senior Director and Managing Director. Included both behavioral and situational questions. First interview was solely behavioral and the second interview had majority situational with minimal behavioral.
Behaviorial and some light case questions. Asked some more technical case questions about Excel than I expected. But the behavioral were expected, and you should be able to prepare for.
