My CV was posted on a job-search website. Got a call from an external recruiter, who set up my interview with the hiring manager (3 rounds - one with HR, second with Assistant Manager, and third with the Associate Director).

Describe the life cycle of a loan.
(the job pertained to Banking / Financial Services related profile)
Swift interview, asked standard questions on interests and motivations behind applying to the team. Asked a little on topics related to the job as well, was not too difficult. Overall experience was good.
3 rounds of interview was conducted. All virtual. Medium level of difficulty.
Was asked DSA questions easy-medium level, Java, Java Streams questions and SQL related questions.
Prepare java in depth.
First, HR round then technical round then 2nd technical round then HR round. After that got selected. Interview experience was good. Onboarding process was smooth and easy. But joining kit experience was not up to the mark
