I applied for an internship programme. It began with a group dymanic with the following parts: - Each candidate would get a pen and draw a concept on a blackboard representing a given by the interviewer, then answer a classical HR question (why KPMG, what would you offer to the firm, etc.) - Group dynamic: solve a complex puzzle. Every candidate has a few clues to solve it. - Brainteaser (number of bank branches in a given city) After the group dynamic I was called for a personal interview with the area partner. It was an easy going conversation with a few questions about stadistics and basic finance.

1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background. 2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions. 3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.
