Process started with an aptitude test. Math and English SHL format.
Next stage was an assessment centre where you had to demonstrate problem solving skills working in a team.
Final stage was an interview with a Partner.

Why do you think you are the best person for the job
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
