I had three rounds, including aptitude, technical and HR round. The first round was the aptitude, second round was the technical interview by the manager. The final round was taken by the AD.

Please tell us about yourself and technical questions. The phone interview was done by the Assistant Director of the department.
1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
