Three rounds...
First, tele with Asst Director mainly about my academic background & behaviroual aspect
Second, F2F with Asst Director mostly behavioural & aptitude questions
Thirdly, with Manager about academics & situational based question
Overall a good experience.

in person psychometric assessment, followed with a group assessment and (2 to 3) panel interviews with the final interview being with the partner in-charge. general questions are based on common knowledge (also tied to field of study) - so no complex accountancy questions posed on an engineer with no accountancy knowledge/background
