I am from one of the tier-1 engineering colleges in India and I applied through college. The company and the brand name is quite good and we all know it's one of the big fours. I've already interviewed at the other two, but never ever encountered such a biased and an unfair process. The panel was so unprofessional,they did not even know what stuff they are in for. There is a GD in the beginning and then they'll shortlist some ten percent of you guys for a round of technical and an hr interview. For all the engineers out there just be good with your subjects and also be good at hr interview since this can be a deciding factor at times. I've known people who have nailed it at technical but got screwed in the HR round.
