I went to several meet and greet events where I was able to become familiar with the recruiter. The first interview was on campus. It was short and laid back. At the office, I was interviewed by two different managers. Afterwards I went to lunch with a couple of associates. They called an made me an offer before I got home.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
