First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.

During at work you may face some difficulties where the client is being demanding, how would you handle it and prioritise your work.
Online assessment (3 online games) -> CV review (send CV to pref team) -> Assessment centre (case study + individual interview) -> Offer (no verbal). Whole process took about 3 months (offer came very late). Once you get to AC it is very manageable

Es wurde mir ein Thema genannt auf das ich mich vorbereiten konnte. Ich Inhaber während des Bewerbungsprozesses mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen gesprochen, dadurch konnte ich einen guten Eindruck gewinnen.
