The process included four interviews and meetings with almost the entire team, from HR to partner level. The recruitment process was thorough and professional, and it took approximately three months to receive a final decision.

They asked detailed questions about my previous experience, responsibilities, challenges faced, and how my background aligned with the role and team expectations.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
Processo abbastanza lungo e molto focalizzato su parte tecnica e gestione delle risorse junior, cercano figure più di gestione che di effettivo sviluppo e gestione del cliente. Le domande non sono complicate ma bisogna cercare di mostrare più il lato manageriale che tecnico
