I had two interviews one in 2014 and the other in 2015. Both times I talked to a recruiter at my school's fall career fair and they signed me up for an interview the next day.
In 2014, I had two interviewers, one tech. lead and one from HR, they asked me standard behavioral questions along with questions about projects and hobbies. Overall they were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from the company for a month. They didn't provide me with any contacts and did not contact me in any manner until I received a job offer out of the blue a month later.
In 2015, I only had one interviewer at my interview. Out of all the interviewers I talked to from multiple companies, he was the least invested. Not only did he not have a copy of my resume, he also didn't know who he was interviewing even though he had signed me up for the interview the previous day. He asked some technical questions on sorting and IT questions for front end development and told me I'd be contacted by HR within a few weeks. And like the previous year, they have not been in any contact for 2 months.
