The interview process is two days long and the first day is meant to get to know the hiring managers, and the second day you will have 3 group/panel interviews--make sure you do well in the 3 of them, otherwise if you score too low you won't be considered for SLDP. Also, network before interview and ASK FOR THE JOB!
