The interview was for an hour over skype. Interviewer was very cool and had a lively discussion throughout. Questions were standard ones starting from share your background and role in the current organization and the process that you follow. How do you handle the challenges and how do you coach the team in agile process and so on.

Entrevista
Interviewed by senior scrum master and head of department. Interview started pleasantly enough with discussion of my background and experience. This part was lead by the department head. Then the senior scrum master took over with questions related to particular scenarios and how I would react in certain scenarios. I found the questioning here to be a bit on the aggressive side, and sometimes rude in the manner in which the question was delivered. The interview took approximately an hour in total but I had the feeling that they had made their decision about me after about twenty minutes.
