I think what attracts me the most about marketing is the dynamic aspect of the role, that allows me to be both analytical and creative. I really enjoy working in a team environment and I love to challenge myself with making difficult decisions.
CBI based interview questions wanting STAR model answers. Based on the ‘credo’. Usually aligned to core competencies of grow, leadership, shaping and innovation. Usually 2 interviewers in the room, asking differing questions. Takes an hour and usually 4 questions in the interview before taking any questions from yourself

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
