As the first step, I had to meet an interviewer from an HR firm that Johnson & Johnson had hired for an interview. It was actually more of a casual chatting where the interviewer got to know my career aspirations, my study life in university, and my attitudes toward office life. There were no challenging questions and went smoothly.
I met the Finance Manager for the next interview. She literally took out my CV and asked me to explain every single work, extra-curricular, and competition experience to her. There were a lot of unexpected questions from her but they were all very tailored to my own resume so it is difficult to give examples.

Everything was through campus recruiting. I attended an info session before going through the actual interview process, which was just one behavioral interview. I completed a personality assessment as well. I did not receive an offer. ~1 month process in total.

Entrevista
The interview process at Johnson & Johnson was a really positive experience. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation. They asked a few technical questions just to gauge my knowledge and problem-solving skills, but the focus was more on getting to know me, my experiences, and how I think through situations. The interviewers were very welcoming, which made it easy to be myself and have an open, genuine discussion.

One thing they asked me about was Johnson & Johnson’s Credo. They wanted to see if I understood it and how I connected with its values. It wasn’t just about memorizing it, they were more interested in how I interpreted it and how it would guide my decision-making if I were part of the company.
Interview process was smooth and pretty quick and effecient. All interviews seemed to be effective, and were more personality based rather than being super technical compared to other financeninternship positions.
