The entire process was smooth and professionally handled. There were two interview rounds — the first with HR and the second with the Product Director. Throughout, the team was prompt, clear, and direct in their communication, which made the experience efficient and reassuring.

Overall was a negative and not professional experience, I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Manager for a position requiring urgent fulfilling.
She came across arrogant and pushy to recruit me for the role of Product Manager.
The interview cycle lasted for 2 weeks and while she was stressing out that the position is senior level, the company could not offer me the level of salary for a senior product manager for the first 6 months.
I researched online and found out the the appraisal cycle is almost always delayed and always in favor of the company, not the employees.
Although she mentioned that the role is office based, it seems that no person from this team is working onsite, another discrepancy that is alarming.
I received a lowball offer that I declined, despite the assurances of the Talent Acquisition manager that I am a perfect fit for the role. Apparently she was desperate to fill in the position.

This was the worst experience of my career. After five rounds of interviews with HR and top management, despite being upfront from the beginning about my salary expectations and lack of shipping experience, they still didn’t extend an offer—after repeatedly telling me I was a high priority and just awaiting final CEO approval. The HR communication was misleading and unacceptable. The CEO came across as arrogant, spending time making offensive remarks about how Greeks are ‘lazy’ compared to Israelis or Americans. The whole process was a complete disaster. My advice: leave now or never accept an offer from them.
