Good interview process with a recruiter, manager, hiring manager. Good vibes from the people there. Beautiful office. Lots of natural light overlooking the river. Company culture seems open and innovative. I think I'm at the 30 word minimum now.

Entrevista
First there was a phone interview screening with recruiter. Then I interviewed with 4 team members, 30 minutes each. Each team member asked different questions so the process never felt redundant, and the questions were thoughtful. All questions related to my past experience, what skills I would bring to Jet, and how I would integrate with the team and culture. Then there was a phone interview follow up with HR business partner to assess leadership skills.

Entrevista
Intially approached by a Jet recruiter. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager first and then a full day on site intervie with the group. The team was able to turn around the entire process in about 2 weeks due to my other pending offer. Great experience overall.
