I applied online as java developer but later accepted to participate in the Java Developer Training Program. The process took about two weeks. The test consist of three steps such as IQ and programming test, Interview With User, Interview with HR. I interviewed at Indivara Group Head Quarter (Pecenongan, Jakarta (Indonesia)) in December 2012.
