I met directly with the Director in an open & casual setting. I learned the requirements, responsibilities, and hours. I was provided a tour of the facilities. I met with the other volunteers and employees. I was given the opportunity to watch, listen, & familiarize myself with the day to day operations & goals of the organization. I was given the freedom & opportunity to fail or succeed.
