Phone interview to start. Very simple, basically to determine if you can hold a conversation and be personable. The phone interview is with a recruiter who is the person you will be working with. One good thing is that the recruiter is being compensated based on number of people hired. So if you do well on the interview, but that manager doesn't think you're a fit for the branch for whatever reason, there is the possibility of the recruiter setting up more interviews for you. They set up the interviews and ultimately give out the offer. After the phone interview I was set up on a interview at a branch. This interview was with a branch and district manager. Not too much pressure, pretty standard questions. A role play is most definitely a part of every PB interview. Mine was based on a previous job, I have heard other's were based on Chase products (even being expected to know the products before any training or even being an employee), and even something as dumb as selling a pen. If all goes well, the recruiter will reach out to you with your offer. If the offer is excepted, a drug test MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS, and a ton of paperwork needs to be completed before starting. A background check is also conducted, both criminal and financial.

You begin with a phone interview from one of the district managers. They basically try to find what your motives are, if you would work hard, and how good of a salesman you would be. Then you are told to interview at a Branch location, in which you speak with a branch manager. It's basically the same interview, but now face-to-face. Do good in those, drug test and you got the job.

They start off with a phone interview from an HR rep. After the initial phone interview you then interview with the hiring branch manager. Once the branch manager approves you have your last interview with the District Manager
