Started with a phone interview which was all behavioral and "tell me about yourself". About a week after the interview, I received an invitation to Super Day, which was a couple weeks later. If you're interviewing in Columbus, OH be sure to leave plenty of time to park, because the visitor lot will probably be super packed. The people you'll meet at Super Day are pretty laid back. I did two regular 1:1 interviews and a presentation, which was pretty much just another 1:1 interview where you mostly talk about a project that you worked on. I created a nice handout outlining the project that I wanted to share. If it's a technical project, definitely focus on relating it to a non-technical employee, since the person you're presenting to may not have a very technical (e.g. programming) type role. All of the questions were behavioral -- nothing technical. The hardest part of the day is talking for so long. They'll offer you bottles of water...you should probably take one.
