2 rounds of phone interview with 2 team leads. Mostly resume review and in detail description of the roles that were most in common with the role applying for. Very rigorous process and in-depth interview. After first round asked for onsite interview. 5 rounds of 30 minutes interview without break. All team leads and final one with department head.
Interviews were case based and to the point. Very little fluff and extremely professional. However interviewers had a way to making the process seem more like a conversation or brainstorming session than an interview.
