3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a general talk about the role and your experience. 2nd stage is technical where you may be asked to explain software development fundamentals, basic computer science, or language specific questions. I wasn't asked to code here. 3rd stage was a personality fit with an Executive Director - around a 15 minute chat.

The interview process itself was fine but even after going through 3 stages, I was ghosted by both the recruiter and HR department. Do not waste your time interviewing here.

What's the difference between multithreading and multiprocessing?
Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
