It was pretty straightforward. The online application was followed by a HireVue, and then the offers were sent out directly after. It was only an HV screening, with no F2F interview, nor an assessment centre.

hirevue : standard motivational questions as part of the original application. such as: why jp morgan ? why this division? what do you want to gain from this experience? some thinking time allowed but quite short. opportunity to retake but i think the second take is usually worse

Asked standard hirevue questions with decent time and 2 mins to answer. Later interviews are more intense but very little to no technical knowledge required. Overall bit easier than I expected for one of the most lucrative banks.
