I had had interviews with Deutsche Bank & Goldman Sachs in the two days before and so I wasn't as prepared as I would have liked. The previous interviews and my slightly more laid back approach than I would normally have because I was unprepared worked in my favour. I met associates who were switched on and had similar interests to myself. Whilst they followed the procedure for questions and competencies, they seemed more interested in getting to know me and find out if I would fit into their culture. I also had to read through a large document and prepare a presentation about how the company should tackle certain issues and how I would go about advising them. They didn't expect you to read it all but tested to see how you prioritized the information and were able to pick out the most important things. This was followed by a group discussion of a particular topic where between 4 applicants we had different bits of information and we had to string them together to conclude some findings. The point here was group interaction and your ability to monitor time. Advice: Know your examples well for competency questions. Have a range of examples to demonstrate competencies. Structure your answers well. Be aware of commercial issues and issues that interest you. Be prepared to discuss them.

Nice ppl, walk thru the campus. Good benefits, decent meals. Galley is also very nice. Not sure about career progression. Not able to work from home.not flexible. Maybe it ll change in the future. But will see. Nobody knows what gonna happen
