Before describing the process, be aware they cannot pay you unless if your pay is very very very less comparing the industry. They are no way related to the industry pay scale now . Probably , if your package is way to less , you can apply . They will say in the begin of the interview they can pay you . But after interview , they will convey that your package is too high. HRs are worst than any other company you can think off. They are busy more than the CEO of the company . HR told me she could not connect with me , as its not possible for her to connect with every candidate . Than why she is there for in the recruitment team I don't know.
For me , they called me first with opportunity and I clearly said my expectation . Meanwhile I received one offer as JPMC process is way too slow , because of the slowest HRs. I have not even asked for a counter offer still and sticked to the same expectation I told them before .After interview process they asked all the documents like payslip , hike letter etc. After I submitted , one week later HR called me at 8pm and said my expectation is way higher . She gave a number which is really low , but I requested below my expectation and more than what number she told post that somewhat in middle. She said she will come back after "2 DAYS" and than after "2 WEEKS" later she called after my multiple emails on status and said me its not possible to offer . By that time, it was already 1 month over that the process started. I told her , whatever number she has given me the first day I am fine with that also. After that she took some time and called me next day saying that much also they cannot offer. HRs are busy than the CEO of the company . No way you can contact them . They have given a landline number which never works. You have to email them and you have to keep on emailing them unless they reply. The ratio between send and received email should be 20:1 (if you are lucky enough).
If you cannot pay me why you have called for interview ??? Bad HR, busy than the JPMC CEO , bad attitude , arrogant and so on HR. They said do not take input from Glassdoor . No wonder why there are so much negative reviews in Glassdoor for JPMC HRs . Because they eat company's money , and loosing good candidate because of their arrogance.
Dear JP Morgan , if you are reading the message , I think HR are more busy than every leader in the industry , so only your HR conveyed she have other work than on-boarding a candidate. Do you call us to insult us ?
Process include :
1. Telephonic technical round
2. F2F rounds
3. Managerial round
4. Senior director round.
No HR rounds . Remember they are busy than the CEO. Very arrogant.
