Straight forward and quick. Interviews usually come after the assessment centres. Common interview questions asked such as questions on motivation, situational judgement and character. Results of the interview (whether you are in or not) are known within 2-4 days post interview.

Applied online, completed their 'pymetrics' test and was offered an interview for an analyst position as an intern over the summer. The interview was online- I was asked a set of questions, to which I recorded my responses (under a time limit) for submission.
