Typical on campus recruiting process. First round was 2 on 1. Both were sales guys. Started with the usually behavioral questions - walk me through your resume, why this college, failures, etc. Then a few technicals on the market, stock pitch, and one brain teaser (which was pretty simple). Also had to say whether wanted sales or trading and why.

First do the Hirevue questions which are from a pool of competency based questions, and then you will receive e-mail interview invitation from VPs. The interviews are 30 minutes and they don't ask you many questions because they will introduce a lot of things to you, so you will have very limited opportunities to really show your strength

Submit application online. It took me about two months to then get an email to arrange an interview time on the following day. The interview is about half an hour, talk about past experience and opinions of the market. Very casual.

i got both hk and nyc offer; one thing i don't like is that it's not rotational and idk if i wanna be sales or trading
