I was one of the late recruits in May. After I realized that somebody dropped out so they did the hiring again, Normally the process start in October and you get an offer in Dec. The interview composed of a phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview (normally you will have to do several group of group discussions and presentations). The interviews are really aiming at knowing more about you and let you know about the job. No difficult and technical questions were asked because you probably would not have any xperience in that specific area. Just be yourself:)

It was a very smooth process arranged by the campus recruiter, first round was video interview and code vue, followed by a two hour individual last stage interview that included both behavioural and technical questions.
