HR very prompt, applied online, was contacted within 1 week. Consisted of 3 phone interviews and then a super-day (5 interviews on-site). Decision to extend me an offer was made within 3 days. Questions mostly fit based, a couple brainteasers, etc.

Two days of zoom interviews with a total of 3 people: associate and two vps. technical and motivational questions asked. mental maths and algo trading questions asked as my background was quantitative.

Application form, online game-based test, video interview, assessment centre. The early career recruitment team is very efficient, and the interviewers are nice. Try to prepare both behaviour and technical questions.
3 interviews in a row with three different people, was mainly behavioural, with s bit brainteaser. Overall all people are nice, they asked about my resume, my take on the market and recent news, nothing special
