The process was fairly straight forward, my only trouble was with the hit-or-miss phone call interviews. I had to speak with the recruiter, complete a technical interview over skype, and then have a phone interview/assessment with their trainer, followed by a call from the HR department to speak about an offer. The calls were fairly short and pleasant every time. But many of the calls were late by 30 minutes with no email notice or just missed completely, leaving me to reach out and ask what's going on, following a rescheduling. They offer training prior to actually signing you up with a client. Everything seems honest and told to you up-front. The "lying on your resume" is partially true. They tell you that straight away though, as "we will make alterations to your resume" and explain that during training, you will work on projects and they want to insert those projects into your resume. I had to reject because unless you have the savings to survive on your own during the 12 week training (or live in the area), the pay/stipend they offer is not sustainable.
