worst interview process i ever seen. first they will take Skype Round, long Design Assignment, Client Skype which was not in a list, Development assignment again not in a list (advance level html required) which is not concern if they looking for Designer. psychometric test. and after doing all these they will not give you any reply or feedback. very pathetic experience.
