Yeah, the interview was pretty standard. A lot of boilerplate questions. Was asked if I had worked with kids before, my experience working with kids, what my academic goals were, if I wanted to pursue a career in behavioral therapy.what I knew about autism.

Super easy questions. They ask for any experience with children, and if you do t have any, that’s okay. Do you know what ABA is? How about positive or negative reinforcement? They ask about school and how long you plan on staying in the job.
