The initial communication with the recruiter was fluid, then I had two technical interviews that seem to have gone well, but after that I received no feedbacks good or bad, the recruiter was gone.

Long process, very detailed and with several interviews. Customer interview could be required. Technical Interview was detailed and extensive. Hiring manager was approachable and open to questions. The interviews happened through phone and face to face. In general a good experience.
Initial interview with HR and codility test. Two technical interview and one client interview either technical and business. If passed, background check which will take a week. All good, contract signing then fly to Costa Rica
