There was a 3 part interview. First was with the recruiter. She asked me some basic questions about myself to see if I fit the general description of the job. Afterwords I did a brief phone interview with my future boss. It was him finding out everything that I was doing in my current job, what my personality type was, and what i would like to do. After that I was instructed to do an online personality test. This test is to see how you are as a person but it also helps you see what similarities and differences you have with your boss. This was very helpful in understanding how that relationship will work and what are positive and negative ways to interact. Then I did an in person interview with my future boss and the recruiter. This was brief as they had most of the information but wanted to see how I was in person and to read body language and expressions. Last thing i did was a very short over the phone interview with my future boss. He wanted to ask me a few questions related to my results from the personality test. I was then called by the recruiter and everything was set in motion there.
