The interview process started off promising, with a pleasant initial interview with a talent acquisition specialist, followed by a more technical interview with the lead technical team members. Both interviews went really well, and I felt positive about the opportunity.
Following the interviews, I was given three substantial tasks to complete. I dedicated my time and effort to deliver these tasks on time, meeting all the requirements provided. I was told that my work would be reviewed within two weeks. However, after a month of waiting and following up with them, I received no response.
The lack of communication is unprofessional and disheartening. Investing significant time and energy into the application process only to be met with silence reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment process and respect for candidates' time. I hope they improve their communication practices to avoid leaving other candidates in the dark.
