ICN scheduled a phone interview for me with one of their clients for a contract position with horuly pay. After the interview, ICN staff pressured me for very specific information about the interview, like exactly what questions the client asked. After I didn't provide sufficient details to the first ICN staff member, another ICN staff member called to pressure me to provide more specifics. It seemed like they were trying to prepare another/other candidates for interviews with this client. After the first interview, the client wanted to do a follow-up phone interview, so ICN scheduled a 2nd interview. The morning of that interview, ICN called to cancel it, stating that the client had to re-schedule. ICN re-scheduled the 2nd interview. Just before the 2nd interview, ICN called, again stating that the client had to cancel and re-schedule. WIth both cancellations, I got the impression that ICN was not being honest; that the reasons given were fabricated. I think ICN facilitated selection of a candidate that was willing to accept the assignment at a lower hourly rate. This would allow ICN could keep more of the bill rate that they charge the client. After the 2nd cancellation of the follow-up interview, ICN never contacted me to re-schedule the interview. Nor did they contact me to tell me the status of my candidacy. Based on my interaction with ICN, I believe ICN is a staffing firm that lacks integrity. Unfortunately, this type of behavior is not that unusual.
